Privacy Policy & Returns
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 7 days of the purchase/payment date. Orders are processed Monday-Friday during business hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed that following Monday. Please keep in mind that everything is made by hand in my studio, and certain pieces are made to order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact me or add a note to your order, and I will try to get it out as soon as possible. I can not guarantee shipping dates for orders. Delivery confirmation will be included on all orders.
Xquisite Creationzs have no control over what happens when your order leaves the studio and is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. I recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen. Xquisite Creationzs is not responsible for packages that are returned because of incorrect addresses. Customers will be responsible for forward shipping.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the location. You will receive a shipping notification for your order, but you will not be able to track your package after it has left the studio.
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Xquisite Creationzs have no control over these extra costs, and will not state that a package is a gift in order to help avoid customs fees. Packages will be marked Merchandise/Costume Jewelry.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Xquisite Creationzs want you to love your new piece! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, I will honor exchanges on unworn pieces in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. If your return is outside of the 7-day policy, (no exchanges are given). Please do not ship your item until you've received confirmation from XC that your exchange will be honored, and is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping to return the items. If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. XC can not exchange or return any items bought from one of our retailers.
All custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
All International orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

DISCOUNT CODES
If you used a discount code with your original order, XC is unable to honor the same discount after the discount has expired. If you are returning an item you purchased using a discount and want to place a new order, the discount will not be applied to your new order. The discounts are only valid for one time use.

DAMAGES & REPAIRS
If for some reason, your piece arrives damaged in any way, please email xquisitecreationzs@gmail.com and I will happily repair it.
If your piece is in need of repair, please email us at xquisitecreationzs@gmail.com. First repair is free of charge, all others, fees will apply. I strongly recommend sending a photo with your request to help me determine the nature of your repair. There may be a small fee to repair your piece and XC do not cover shipping charges.
XC can not repair jewelry that was not purchased from my website or an authorized Xquisite Creationzs retailer.

SALES TAX
I am required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping in the US.
